I love fussy cutting and cutting into the bunting on this journalling card was exactly what was needed!
We are looking at another busy weekend, with another familiarization trip to Canterbury for Penny. Only 4 boxes to take this time and they are her books! We also need to get that warmer duvet down from the loft! The forecast isn't brilliant, but I am hoping to get into the garden and pick the apples that are left on the trees - a lot have fallen and been eaten by birds and wasps as we haven't had the time to gather in our harvest! Then there shall be some apple cakes, crumbles etc cooked no doubt! What are you up to this weekend? Whatever you are doing have fun!

I like that fussy cut bunting looks great. Apple harvest is on my list for this weekend too - and blackberries if there are any left. Crumbles and custard.... definitely autumn :)

I have the same problem with those kinds of papers, and avoid them, but this one worked out beautifully!
We're definitely going to try to do something autumnal like make an apple crumble here too.
I like the way the printed page is a souvenir in itself. It adds an extra dimension to your layout
Actually, your paper looks perfect for this and nice that it came from the same place! Hope Penny enjoys getting more familiar with her new surroundings - sounds lovely to have apples to collect ...
Great use of that printed paper - I find them difficult to use, too, but am usually happy with the result when I just slow down & figure out a good way to use it.
Those printed papers are so appealing and often problematic - but you've used this one to clear advantage. Nicely done.
It looks great. No apples here, well we have them but they didn't get sprayed at the beginning of the year so they aren't good for eating. Doesn't seem to stop the squirrels though. :)
