Argh! Photobucket!

I have been trying all afternoon to get a slideshow from Photobucket to play on my blog and I cannot do it - so frustrating! I have asked on Shimelle's class forum if anyone can help and until that time I cannot do the post I want!

Apart from that I have spent the whole weekend Christmas shopping, doing jobs around the house and visiting my parents, which was nice as I haven't seen them for ages. We had a tremendous hail storm here yesterday, which knocked loads of pebble dash off the side wall of the house. In fact, once the hail had melted it still looked as if there was hail on the ground there was so much pebble dash there! The photo below shows the hail on the ground and the size of it compared with a 2p piece!

One thing the hail and the mega winds did not manage to dislodge though were the berries on our holly tree. I have never seen so many on it - I wonder if the old wive's tail that this means it will be a hard winter is going to be true? Anyway, I will leave you with a couple of photos of our lovely holly tree.

Your holly tree is stunning....ours looks nothing like this. We've had rain and gales, but luckily no hail....at least with this weather I can enjoy being indoors crafting.I sympathise with your 'technical' frustration....I often feel like that!!!

one of the things I love about class is seeing life in different parts of the world and so different seasons - we are heading for 30C today in Melbourne!

I am so impressed with that holly tree! I know what you mean about spending an afternoon on something! I just spent mine on trying to figure out how to edit video!!!! (Which I probably won't even do much of), but I got stubborn about it. I left some details on the forum about photobucket; let me know if it doesn't work. . .

The holly is lovely, I've never had any berries on mine. Maybe this year.
