Day 6 - A little bit of a rest!

So what did we do today? Well it was relaxation day! We got up a little later, put some clothes on and went to breakfast. Straight after breakfast we came back to our room and changed into our swimming stuff, grabbed books and went down to the pool.

We got loungers in the sun right by the edge and settled down. We swam,

read and Hugh had a long snooze!

We came back up to our room at about 11.15am, showered and dressed and caught the bus into Sorrento. We looked into some shops on our way down to the go harbour, which we walked down to. We found a restaurant and had a lovely lunch.

We then caught the lift back up to the main town and found the lovely little street with all the tourist shops in.

We did our souvenir present buying and also got Hugh 3 new ties and me another necklace with my birthday money.

These were all soaps - the smell was incredible, really lemony!

We walked back up to the lemon grove to take some photos of the lemons on the trees

and then picked up a little more supermarket shopping.

It was then time to get the bus back, but not before stopping to take some photos of the old mills in the gorge.

We had a swim when we got back and then had a lovely dinner sitting on the terrace - well apart from the fact that Hugh's meat turned up covered in chopped fresh tomato! He was able to scrape it off though somewhat was ok!
