Story Telling Sunday 3 - My Precious

Hmm, I am short on time today as we are moving Penny into her flat. In fact, by the time this is published I expect we will be back, exhausted and collapsed in the lounge on the settee! So, what can I share this month that is so precious to me?

Well, I haven't mentioned Hugh, and he is extremely precious to me. He makes me laugh:
he comforts me when I am upset or ill, he is ALWAYS there for me and I just couldn't imagine life without him.
He is my best friend.
We have fun together, and we have made two wonderful children together. He is my precious this month and every month.
I hope that you have enjoyed reading about my precious this month. If you would like to read some more stories please hop on over to Sian's blog where you will find many people linking up this month.

Family feels especially precious when you have just spent time moving one member into her own place too! I've noticed our two doing lots of things together over the last couple of weeks as TSO gets ready for her brother to leave.

Best of luck to Penny in her new flat

People are more special to me than objects as well and I always struggle to think of a precious that isn't a member of my family!
