I've really got back into the swing of walking again, even though I had a migraine last week which lasted nearly 5 days. Fortunately I am feeling much better now.
Over the weekend we were quite busy with jobs and visiting my Mum and Dad (lovely to see them after quite a long time and to see that Mum is slowly recovering from her shingles). I did manage to get some scrapbooking done Saturday afternoon.
This was done using my SJCrafts kit - some of the January and some of the February, plus a couple of bits from my stash.
I am slowly making my way through the photos from our Shropshire holiday! We are off to South Wales soon!
Hugh's Mum is starting the journey to recovery. She has been moved onto a ward for the elderly and they seem to have much more of an idea of how to treat her. She was in very good spirits over the weekend and we are hopeful that in about a month she may be able to go home.
Thanks for all your good wishes and prayers for my family - it is really appreciated.
Finally, I have been having a little clear out and found these stamps, which I have never used.
The first person who posts on here that they would like them can have them! I will post to anywhere in the world, so good luck!

Am I first - I'd love to have them! :>)
So glad to hear the moms are getting better. I had shingles last summer, a pretty mild case really, but it zapped my energy and has taken me a long time to get it back. Will continue to pray for them both.
So glad to hear that they have moved Hugh's mom and it's a good fit. Pray she is home soon. Don't include me on the nice giveaway, I need to start giving away stamps myself.
Love your hat page....and glad to hear you are feeling better.
Well done with the walking and so glad to hear that things are looking up for you & your family.
So very happy to hear that both your mum and mum in law are improving. I know how hard it is on you too, so many emotions.
You've been so lovely and creative here :)
The hats (and layout) are fabulous! I'm glad to hear you mum is feeling better.
Glad to hear the bits of good news, and sorry that your migraine should have lasted so long. That sounds just miserable. many congratulations on your walking - every time I go out (I am nowwhere near as systematic as you), I think of you! That's a lovely pair of pages - the delicacy of the hats and the ironwork really shines out.
I must have missed the fact that both Mum's were ill but I'm glad to hear they are on the mend.
