Keeping it clean and simple
Phew! This challenge from last weekend really took it out of me! I found it REALLY difficult to do clean and simple! It took me longer to do this layout than to do some of my other ones with lots of layers and loads of embellishments! You can see Jennifer's layout and challenge here.
And here is my layout for the challenge.
I am actually quite pleased with the result, but don't think I can always scrap like this!
I did add three little gems to the centres of the flowers - couldn't do nothing lol!

As a C+S gal, I really like this :). Your apricot coloured additions are just perfect with your photo.
It was worth the time....it looks wonderful....the flower finishes perfectly.

It may have taken you a long time, but it's a gorgeous layout!
Great placement for the journaling. I have a hard time leaving white space myself. I think I entered four of the six challenges. Keeping my fingers crossed for a prize.

This is gorgeous, my kind of page.
I think it looks great but then I'm partial to C&S. What you have added in really complements your photo.
It turned out beautiful, but I think I would find it hard to do clean & simple, too!
