Big kid!

I recently spent a very happy evening scrapbooking with my two lovely friends Wendy and Sue. I have found that if I make up a kit from my own stash before I go and put photos with the kit then I am very productive! I actually made two layouts that evening and wished I had taken more photos with me as I ran out of pages to make!

Anyway, here is the first layout I made that evening.
The photos are from our holiday in Wales earlier this year.
I love this little chipboard camera and had been itching to use it!
A close up of the journalling. I remembered that I had a little roller stamp and so used that on the edge of the journalling paper, stamping two different phrases. I quite liked the effect and must remember to use it more frequently!

Thanks for dropping by. I'll be sharing more layouts again soon!

A great layout and I just love that little camera embellishment too!

BTW - I mentioned you on my blog today as I posted about the hexagon quilt square I made. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction for the hexagon shape on a Cricut cartridge! :o)

I've found that putting a kit together makes my scrap more, so I'm doing that for a couple of albums I've got to work on.

Your page is fabulous and putting a kit together certainly seems to have worked for you x
