Lack of posts

is due entirely to lack of light! I did manage to get some scrapbooking done at the weekend, but by the time I had finished it was dark and then with going to work every day this week I have not had a chance to take any photos as it has been dark by the time I get home.

I hope to be able to take some photos this weekend and do a post with them. One post I will be doing is to let you know how our Children in Need day goes tomorrow at work. The five ladies that I work closely with and I are dressing up as nuns - and we have persuaded 4 of the guys in the next door office to join us too! We are then performing the song My God from Sister Act - we are hoping to video it, so I may even treat you to that! At least the costumes are not as revealing as last year's (when I dressed in a shortish Snow White costume!) and also I won't be conducting interviews for new sales consultants. I have never seen such surprised faces as I did last year when candidates turned up for interview and were met by me in a Snow White outfit saying, 'hello, my name is Becky, I don't normally dress like this, but it is Children in Need day!'. One of the ladies we took on still talks about it!

Anyway, to finish up this post I have got to show you this photo.

Penny is the fairy in the white. It was taken at the pre-school nativity 16 years ago and I stumbled across it on my computer the other day. Of course, it was long before I had a digital camera, so I must have scanned it for some reason! I do love it and must now print it out and scrap it! Penny and her friend Catherine were the fairy dolls on the Christmas tree and had to sing a song. They were so excited about it that they both managed to escape from the room where they were waiting, come out to the main hall and start their dance before the performance started! Of course they got a clap and were then rapidly dragged back stage to wait their turn. I can't believe how quickly time has flown.
