On a high

This layout is based on Shimelle's sketch to scrapbook page number 10 and is the first layout I completed over the Easter weekend. Shimelle's sketch used arrows, but I was more true to her actual layout and used chevron paper and washi tape instead.

.

Shimelle used her 'Best of both worlds' kit to create her layout and as I had the same papers and stickers I was quite true to her whole layout.

This is another layout for my California album. I have been scrapping the photos in order, but decided to jump ahead as this photo was perfect for the papers and sketch.

I'm trying to use my stamps more often on my layouts too, and dug out this heart one to go along the edge of the journalling card. I may have ordered a couple more stamp sets from Sarah's Cards too! I think that I will get quite a lot of use out of these - well I hope so anyway!

Great layout with such bright colours. I'm another one who's been digging out stamps to use on layouts :)

How super that a kind lady took this lovely photo - and you've made a great job of those papers and design.

Hi Becky, I'm having a good ole post Easter catch up today and it's great to read about your happy Easter outing. I hope that kitchen quote comes back looking good and you get to go ahead with a new look. There'll be plenty to blog about in that I'd say!

Love the detail shots of your pages
