And here is the full layout I did.
Although it doesn't look it, the sun was actually out for some of the time we were walking. However, it was VERY muddy underfoot as it had been raining a lot, and Penny and I were really pleased that we were wearing our wellies!
I did this double page layout with some of the photos. I liked the idea I saw on a Paperclipping Video of enlarging a photo and then putting the title onto it. I really liked the 'photo' gold rub on and am pleased with how it looks on the photo.
I had picked up a gold Sharpie pen at Lakeland and used that for the journalling.
And I literally spent hours cutting out the leaves from a sheet of paper to make the flurry that runs across the second page.
Have you done any autumn scrapbooking this year?

So you went out deliberately to get some photos to match your papers? lol I've done that too.
I have done some autumn scrapbooking. I made my "November" page
Love how the large photo and title works.
Love the 2 page spread as well as the other layouts. I like how the title looks on the large photo. No autumn scrapbooking here, just been working away at my Us:The Abridged Version pages.
AMAZING... I love the leaves and the large photo, actually I think all of it is great. You're on such a creative roll, I'm so in awe of you xx .... Oh, and no, I've not done any autumn scrapping yet
Great pictures and beautiful layouts x
These are fabulous pages - you've certainly been in a creative phase! I'm enjoying seeing all your layouts with those kits!
This story makes me think of a photography class I took. One of the questions we were asked to think about was whether we traveled to take photographs, or whether we took photographs when we traveled. I do the latter, but I must admit that some of the places on our bucket list originated because of the beautiful photos I've seen online and in magazines. Great layout, and your photos are perfect for the kit!
Love it! Those papers are pretty - I would have wanted to scrap with them too!
Oh pretty photos - glad you got a walk in the woods out of them too :) Yes, I've done autumnal scrapbooking but then 30 days of thankful made sure of that!
Golly, that's a lot of cutting-out but it looks so effective, trailing across the page like that - and the gold on top of the photo is a great touch. Your choosing to go for a walk so as to be able to use your pretty papers made me smile - you won't be the only one!
