Five Faves for June - the layouts

So, since returning from holiday, apart from completing my course and looking for a job I have been doing my layouts with my five favourite photos from June.

First up is the collage of photos from my birthday trip to Hever Castle.
And then this one of me on my birthday. The paper got a bit warped as I did some inking and texture paste and dried it with my heat gun. It looks ok in the album though!
The third layout is all about my lunch with my ex-colleagues on my last day in my previous job.
And finally two photos on one page, taken on our early Father's Day treat to Tropical Wings.

I'm not going to be having as much time to scrap now as I found out an hour ago that I start a new job tomorrow - gulp! It is an ongoing temporary role in the General Surgery Unit at Basildon Hospital as a secretary/audio typist.  I won't have my Friday afternoons off any more! Oh well, it will give me the experience I need to then apply in the future for part time roles, so I can't complain! I am excited and nervous! I'll let you know how I get on!

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and sending you lots of good luck vibes. Some pacifying.

I take my hat off to you, you really have achieved so much, you work hard, look after your family and still manage to find time to scrap great layouts. The superwoman award goes to you for sure xxx

Love all of these pages. Think the birthday one at Hever Castle is my favourite though. Love the photo collage and that multi coloured chevron is gorgeous. It looks as though we are both heading for the big 50 next June!!!

Best of luck with the new job. These days it's such an achievement to have found something so quickly, well done.

Your pages are all lovely: I like seeing the photos on their own first and then seeing them transformed

Many congratulations on your new post and hope it all goes well - sounds a busy and interesting place to work. Your pages are so colourful - you've created a lovely almost3-D effect with the diagonally-striped paper in that top one. Very neat!

Congrats on the new job & getting your classes done in preparation!

I'm jealous that you're up-to-date with your Top Five layouts! LOL I did finish up March today & hoping to get the three remaining for Aprill finished up before the end of the weekend.

Great pages, you are so good at layering, something I'm not so good at. Good luck with your new job xx

Congratulations on the new temp role. I like that collage of photos on your first page, well done on getting all five photos scrapped too.
