Celebrate and true love

I have been a bit under the weather the past two weeks with really bad toothache. Those who read my blog may remember that I had a similar problem about this time last year and ended up having to have a tooth taken out. Well the bridge work that I have had to replace the missing tooth is now playing me up and I am back on the antibiotics. Hopefully they will work and I won't have to have another tooth out!

So, why I am telling you this? Well, one, because I would like some sympathy (lol) and two to explain why there have been no layouts to share with you. I have just felt too tired in the evenings to do anything. However, the tooth is feeling a lot better and last night I managed to complete two layouts.

This first layout has been made using a Sarah's Cards Kit and scraplifting a layout from the design team ideas book that comes with it.

This layout is again done with a Sarah's Card Kit but is scraplifted from this month's edition of Scrapbook Magazine. There was an article in it on using the Sew Easy, so I got mine down from the top of the cupboard and had a go to make the boarder top and bottom. The top one went a bit wobbly, but I am pleased with the overall effect.

Oh I do hope you're feeling better...toothache is horrible! Love your LOs...especially the 'sew-easy' borders....I must try that (I don't use mine often enough!)

Oooh Becky. Sorry to hear you're having tooth issues. Hope you don't have to have any work done on it and that the antibiotics do their job. The layouts look terrific.

Ohh you do have my sympathy as tooth ache is horrible - it seems to really take it out of you. Well done getting the layouts done. Not heard of a sew easy?

I'm sorry to hear about the toothache - there isn't any other pain like it! Horrible.

But I'm glad you are feeling a bit better and up to some scrapping.

Sorry to hear that you've not been feeling well - fingers crossed you get your tooth sorted. Love the LO's :)

These are lovely - and a tribute to your endurance that you managed to do them coping with toothache. There is little worse than the latter for draining energy - hoping the antibiotics will get it cleared up soon.

I've been suffering from some undiagnosed pain (quite severe) for over 10 weeks now, so you definitely have my sympathy! Over the weekend, my pain miraculously went away, and after the fact, I finally have a diagnosis. It's quite a relief.

Anyway, I loved catching up with your blog today. Your miniatures are beautiful, but I'm especially fond of the first layout here.
