JYC - Days 4 to 8

So as promised here are the next few pages of my December journal. Please excuse the not so brilliant photography. I had sealed some of the pages so it wasn't possible to take the cards out of the page protectors so there is a bit of glare on some of them.
Day 4. I added the tag later on and stuck some of the stamps we had received on the back.
This is still day 4 - a full page photo on the back of the page with the number on. A photo of the outside of the pub we went to for our crafty girls Christmas meal.
Unfortunately the red pen on the black and white stripes does not show up very well. I may need to do this journaling anyone another card.
Day 5 was a busy Saturday with a trip to see my family in Hemel ...
and then a meal out with my old friends (and our husbands) from where I used to work.

Day 6 we finished putting up our Christmas decorations.

This page was 3x4 2" pockets. I cut off one strip so that I only had to fill 8 little pockets!

The back side of the small pockets.
Day 7 and back to work with some homemade mincepies from Penny to take in.

Day 8 was very quiet so I just talk about how Ben and Colin won't be making nog at our house this year. I also took a photo of my very minimal decorations at work!
I will leave it there and be back soon with the next few days. Thanks for looking.

I like your idea of adding the postage stamps very much - they make a great display. You've done a super job of documenting your days.

What a fantastic album! So festive. I especially like that you included some of the stamps on the tag and cut down the page protector to work for you!

I like those little 2x2 pockets with bits and pieces in. Well done on getting so many of these pages done.
